We have laid the groundwork for a new era of business growth after investing in a major transformation of our telecommunications network that will support more than 37 businesses and 226 employees in Mid Ulster.

Workspace Enterprises Ltd. are delighted to announce that Mid Ulster District Council has commissioned them to deliver the new Gearing for Growth Programme. The Programme will provide Mid Ulster businesses with the capacity to be more competitive, to employ more people and to add more value to the local economy. The support provided by the Programme will also have an indirect impact on encouraging innovative activity, as support may entail some participating businesses learning how to adapt, diversify or develop new techniques, services products or processes to achieve growth potential.

Programme Manager Patricia Elliott commented ‘We are delighted to be working with Mid Ulster District Council on the Gearing for Growth programme. This is a programme that will really benefit businesses from a range of sectors across Mid Ulster. Mid Ulster has a strong tradition in entrepreneurial activity and boosts one of the business highest start up rates in Northern Ireland. This Programme is ideal for supporting those businesses, both young and old to help them sustain or grow’
